Manage all company purchasing activities and procurement processes.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality goods and services at competitive prices.
Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materials and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Identify and apply for tenders related to tracking services and other relevant business opportunities.
Prepare tender documents, quotations, and supporting paperwork.
Coordinate with management to ensure tender requirements are met within deadlines.
Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of tender applications and outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements.
Assist in store management and inventory control activities.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of items.
Maintain proper records of stock received, issued, and available balances.
Assist in periodic stock checks and inventory reconciliations.
Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management.
Maintain organized filing systems for procurement and store records.
Support audits by providing required procurement and inventory documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement, tender management, or storekeeping.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management practices.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
