Job description Background The Government of Tanzania passed its Five-Year Development Plan 2016/2017-2020/2021: Nurturing Industrialization for Economic Transformation and Human Development , through the National Assembly of Tanzania (NA) in June 2016. In line with other planning documents such as Tanzania Vision 2025, note the importance of enhanced equity, democracy and political and social tolerance to further human and economic development in the country.
