Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zanzibar, Tanzania, for a Front Office Officer & Cashier. The role involves managing front desk operations, assisting customers, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The selected candidate will also ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, handle inquiries, and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations. Maintaining professionalism and delivering excellent customer service will be central to this role.
Qualifications
Experience in front office management, customer service, and client interaction
Proficiency in handling payment processing, cash management, and financial transactions
Effective communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
