We Are Hiring | Quantity Surveyor

Osaka Company (T) Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on a full-time hybrid basis.

We are seeking a professional who is registered under AQRB and has not less than 3 years of experience, mainly in Civil Works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Project planning and mobilization

• Cost control, budgeting, and financial management

• BOQ preparation and project cost reporting

• Review of subcontractor quotations, claims, and payment certificates

• Project documentation, reporting, and communication

• Supporting project execution and coordination with site teams

Requirements:

    Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field

    Professional registration under AQRB

    Minimum 3 years’ experience, mainly in Civil Works

    Strong skills in cost planning, cost management, BOQ, and reporting

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant project tools

    Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
