Recruitment services Branch: NBC Kinyerezi Branch 

Reporting to: Branch Manager 

Contract: One year renewable.  

Job Summary: To support sales of Retail Banking Liabilities/Deposit products at branch to achieve agreed sales targets in line with the business objectives through proactive selling and exquisite customer service. 
Job responsibilities:  

    Deliver exceptional performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling liabilities (deposit) products.  
    Engage customers for account opening in line with NBC Bank policies  
    Provide direct sales support to generate and convert quality leads into sales i.e. Such leads are potential bank agents, lipa number, insurance and retail loan leads. 
    Participate in sales activations and campaigns to meet specific targets. 
    Ensure on-boarding customers into NBC digital platforms such as NBC Kiganjani app and Ussd 6. Revamp relationship with onboarded customers through dormant account activation 7. Carry any other related duties as assigned by the Manager.  

Minimum Qualifications  

    Education: At least form four certificates, Diploma and bachelor’s degree.
    Minimum Age: At least 18 years. 
    Knowledge and Skills: Sales and marketing skills
    Must be organized, independent and excellent communication skills.
    Team player and team leader who takes individual accountability for results.
    Proactive and motivated worker with impeccable follow-up and closure skills.
