Job Summary:**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead and control all maintenance, technical, and operations of the hotel, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, guest safety, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and uninterrupted operations.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:


    Oversee all maintenance operations across all PPBD sites, both interior and exterior

    Develop, implement, and monitor structured preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan.

    Respond promptly to all guest maintenance requests.

    Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, fire systems, electrical standards, environmental guidelines, OSHA requirements, and all statutory inspections.

    Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate the maintenance team while enforcing SOPs.

    Prepare, manage, and control the maintenance budget, track expenditure, prepare repair estimates, and ensure cost efficiency.

    Control tools, equipment, and consumables through structured stock control systems and timely procurement planning.

    Source, manage, and supervise external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations.

    Maintain daily maintenance logs, preventive schedules, breakdown reports, project timelines, and cost tracking via Telegram and Asana.

    Attend all HOD and management meetings, contribute to long-term asset replacement planning, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous technical improvement strategies.


Requirements

Qualifications:


    Educational background in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field

    Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management roles

    Strong working knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing

    Experience in vendor coordination, budget control, and preventive maintenance planning

    Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

    Technologically proficient, with experience using operational and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Telegram)
