Our client is a growing, science-backed eCommerce wellness brand focused on education, credibility, and building long-term customer relationships. As the business scales, they are prioritizing more intentional lifecycle marketing ownership to improve engagement, retention, and visibility across email and CRM channels. The brand works with multiple creative and marketing partners and is seeking a dedicated specialist to bring structure, consistency, and data-driven decision-making to the customer journey.

Role Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will fully own lifecycle marketing execution, with responsibility for building, optimizing, and reporting on email performance across the customer funnel.

This role is responsible for turning customer data into actionable insights and continuously improving engagement, retention, and revenue through structured testing and optimization. It is a senior, hands-on position that operates autonomously while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with broader marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Ownership

    Manage and optimize existing lifecycle email flows, including welcome, post-purchase, retention, reactivation, and abandoned flows

    Maintain consistent tone and positioning aligned with the brand’s educational, science-based approach

Campaign Execution & Optimization

    Build, launch, and manage email campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo

    Own segmentation logic and personalization strategies to improve relevance and engagement

    Continuously refine campaigns and flows based on performance data and customer behavior

    Align email planning and execution with the broader marketing calendar through established workflows

Testing & Performance Improvement

    Plan and execute structured A/B tests across subject lines, content, layout, timing, and offers

    Analyze test results and apply insights to improve lifecycle performance over time

    Establish testing frameworks that support ongoing optimization rather than one-off experiments

Reporting & Analytics

    Own monthly reporting on lifecycle performance, engagement metrics, and revenue contribution

    Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership and the Marketing Manager

    Support attribution analysis and performance reviews across channels

Tools & Creative Collaboration

    Work extensively within Klaviyo to manage flows, campaigns, and segmentation

    Incorporate customer reviews and feedback into lifecycle strategies.

    Coordinate with designers through Figma to review layouts and creative assets

    Participate in weekly team meetings and all-team huddles to stay aligned on priorities, performance, and culture

Qualifications
Experience

    Senior-level experience owning email marketing and CRM programs end-to-end

    Proven background in eCommerce lifecycle marketing

    Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Okendo or similar email and review platforms

Skills

    Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with comfort in presenting insights

    Deep experience with automation, segmentation, and testing methodologies

    Clear, professional written and verbal English communication

    Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

    Detail-oriented with a performance and optimization focus

    Collaborative and proactive in cross-functional environments
