Job Responsibilities:
Sell bank products to customers (especially savings products) based on their needs.
Find new customers and convert opportunities into real sales.
Plan and conduct sales meetings to achieve set targets.
Ensure customers are well served and continue using the bank’s services.
Represent NBC by adhering to KYC regulations and reporting any suspicious behavior.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
At least a secondary school education
18 years or older
Good communication skills
Experience in sales and marketing
Copies of academic certificates
Copy of National ID (NIDA)
Introduction letter from your local government (Mtaa)
CV (Curriculum Vitae)
