Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) aims to be the leading provider of accessible specialized health services in Africa and serves as healthcare social enterprise and through development programmes the community and the most vulnerable.
Committed to preventing lifelong disabilities wherever possible, CCBRT is also engaged in extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) activities including obstetric fistula repairs and is opening a Maternity and Newborn Wing in 2021.In order to strengthen the Maintenance Department, we are looking for a Plumber who will assist in the provision of all Maintenance services towards our business units.
Your role
As a Plumber at CCBRT, your role include repairing any cracks in our corridors and pathways, painting, repairing and replacing all water taps as necessary and ensuring that all taps, toilets and water sinks are in good working order. You will take responsibility for Checking and cleaning the soak pit and all drainage chambers, checking and ensuring that the hospital has enough water supply and storage in reserve tanks, cleaning of work site and taking care of working tools and equipment. You will further assist in other activities of the maintenance team.
Your qualifications and work experience
- O level Certificate of Education
- Certificate in Plumbing
- Trade test 1
- Two years of experience
