In this role, you would be a leader and mentor for our amazing Sales team. The Regional Sales Manager must be someone who cares about others and is willing to guide them to meet their professional goals. We need someone who has a lot of sales expertise who is looking to pass it down. This role requires someone excited about leading and experiencing team success through achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job description

  • Managing, coaching and leading all sales teams’ activities in region
  • Finding potential customers and creating positive relationships
  • Ensuring our brand is accurately represented in all sales communication- from sales leads to existing customers
  • Forecasting sales goals and keeping tabs on the needs of the market
  • Helping to set sales goals and monitoring their progress, making improvements or adjustments when needed
  • Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights

Other duties as required

  • Qualifications for Sales Regional sales Manager
  • Post-secondary education focusing on Business or Marketing
  • 3+ years of Marketing or Sales experience
