SPA MANAGER VACANCIES
We have exciting positions available for two Spa Managers at luxury resorts in Zanzibar.
The successful candidates will need to be able to:
· Work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency
· Manage a team
· Report to Head Office
· Set and achieve targets
· Innovate new protocols and packages
· Work closely with hotel management
· Liaise with high-profile guests
· Assist in the marketing of the spa
The following are essential:
· Experience in running a busy spa
· Leadership qualities
· Therapist mentoring experience
· Sound communication skills
· Training experience and expertise
· High standards of personal presentation
· Proactivity and problem-solving skills
· Sound organisational skills
