MARNET COMPANY LIMITED is looking for a passionate Marketing Office to plan and
oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that
all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great
knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent
communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its
business.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role of Two years and above
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles 
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics 
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Creativity and commercial awareness 
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field


MARKETING OFFICER JOB PURPOSE

  • Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services 
  • Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. 
  •  Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement. 
  • Provides first-class service in order to push the marketing and sales of a certain product. 
  • Acts as an intermediary between producers and clientele. 
  •  Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales

MARKETING AND SALES JOB DUTIES

  •  Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies 
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels 
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. 
  •  Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits 
  •  Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service 
  •  Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals 
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance 
  • Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives 
  • Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's marketing andsales teams 
  • Assigns specific employees to marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed
  •  Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures 
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
