Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (TUDARCo) is a centre for quality education, offering a diverse range of academic qualifications. The College offers wide range of undergraduate and Postgraduates programs in Social Sciences, Education, Business/ Finance/ Administration/ Human Resources and Laws.
As a strategy to continue providing excellent higher education, the College wishes to recruit additional Academic Staff in the following Faculties below:

1.0 FACULTY OF LAW:

1.1 Lecturer in Law

Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD in Law from higher learning institutions recognised by TCU. The applicant must be specialized in Legal Ethics, Law of Evidence, Business Association Law, International Law, Private International Law, Legal Method or Tax Law and related subjects In addition to the above qualification, the candidate must be exceptional in Teaching and Research Public services.

1.2 Assistant in Lecturer

Qualifications:
Holders of Master of Law Degree (LL.M) from Universities recognised by TCU and must be fluent in spoken and written English. The applicant must be specialized in Legal Ethics, Law of Evidence, Business Association Law, International Law, Private International Law, Legal Method or Tax Law and related subjects. Teaching experience of not less than three (3) years is an added advantage.

2.0 FACULTY OF ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES:

2.1 Lecturer in Mass Communication

Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD in Mass Communications; Holders of PhD in Development Studies (DS) from higher learning institutions recognised by TCU. In addition to the above qualification, the candidate must be exceptional in Teaching and Research abilities.

2.2 Assistant Lecturer in Mass communication.

Qualifications:
Holders of at least a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications and Holders of Master degree in ICT from a Universities recognised by TCU. Must be fluent in spoken and written English and must be specialized in the area being applied for.

3.0 FACULTY OF EDUCATION:
3.1 Lecturer

Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD in Linguistics, Geography or History from higher learning institutions recognised by TCU. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates must be exceptional in Teaching and Research abilities.

3.2 Assistant Lecturer

Qualifications:
Holders of a Master Degree in Linguistics, Geography or History from higher learning institutions recognised by TCU. Teaching experience as an Assistant Lecturer will be an added advantage. In addition to the above qualifications, the candidates must be exceptionally good in teaching in the area being applied for.

4.0 FACULTY OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION:
4.1 Lecturer or Senior Lecturer
Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD Degree in Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Economics or Human Resources Management with three years teaching experience as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer. In addition to the above qualifications, the candidate must show exceptional Teaching, Research and Consultancy abilities and must have published at least three vetted papers. In Finance and Accounting Possession of CPA will be an added advantage.

4. 2 Assistant Lecturer

Qualifications:
Holders of a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from a University recognised by TCU. With teaching experiences as an Assistant Lecturer. In addition to the above qualifications, the candidate must show exceptional Teaching, Research and Consultancy abilities.

5.0 REMUNERATION:

Successful candidates will be offered attractive packages commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
