Job Description 
Job title: HR Assistant 

Location: Dar-es-Salaam 
Industry: Telecommunications 
Reporting To: Head of Human Resource Management

Key Responsibilities 
 Coordinating planning and implementation of HR forecasts 
 Ensuring that all job positions in the Company have an updated job description 
 Facilitating recruitments and deployments 
 Handling payroll process 
 Participating in salary and benefits surveys 

 Coordinating Talent Management process 

 Taking leadership in all HR operations activities 
 Handling industrial relations matters 
 Handling immigration issues 
 Maintaining HR records pertaining to HR operations (not relating to training and learning) 
 Undertaking assignments assigned by Head, Human Resources

Academic qualifications 
Essential 
 Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education or Social Sciences.

Work Experience and Skills 
 At least 2 years working in the same role in a reputable Company 
 Microsoft Office 
 Report Writing skills 
 Analytical skills 
 Detail-oriented 

 Problem-solving skills 
 Team player 
 Good time-management skills 



 Great interpersonal and communication skills
