Mobisol is giving you a chance to become a Mobisol Sales Representative. As Mobisol Sales Representative, you will drive sales in a designated territory or region. You will directly sell the Mobisol Solar TV Systems to the customers in the field and coordinate, control, and finalize Mobisol Sales process. Additionally, you will also ensure there is a clear understanding of the designated market and achieving high sales results by ensuring excellent customer experience. In this role you will report to the Director of Sales – Dar es Salaam Zone.
 
YOUR TASKS
Conduct Sales, Marketing, Promotion, and Advertisement of Mobisol SHS and STS in a designated location
Manage the given stock of STS and deliver them at site in excellent condition
Manage the Mobisol Sales and Handover Process
Manage Company Sales Tools provided and ensure they are 100% used for company’s interest
Delivering of Mobisol STS in a last mile distribution as per agreed plan
Conducting Sales Activities in a designated location
Promote, pitch, and ensure proper customer education on STS Unique Value Propositions in Dar es Salaam Peripheral Market
Update market intelligence profile on region/province, describing market forces (e.g., market days, off-grid customers, competitor’s shops, competitor landscape, market trends, new Products and opportunities)
 
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Possess Bachelor Degree/ Advanced Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration/ Marketing
At least 2 years’ experience in sales
Previously worked as a Salesman/woman in FMCG Industry across Tanzania will be a plus
Experience in sales and distribution of Solar Products in a competitive urban market will be added advantage
Proven ability in understanding customer demands and cater for solutions
Proven record of marketing, promotion, and sales
Analytical skills
Must be able to drive a Car and Motorcycles (Driving License)
Self-starter with a passion for Mobisol´s vision to plug in the world
Able to communicate fluently in English and Swahili
