Applications are invited from suitably qualified Tanzania to fill the vacant position at Dar es Salaam University College of Education situated at Chang’ombe , Temeke Dar es Salaam


DUTIES
-    Receive and issues voucher, delivery notes and invoices
-    Prepare purchase in requisition/orders upon approval by his/her supervisor
-    Assist in receiving and assuming goods to users
-    Assist in maintain stock controls and account
-    Arranges stock and inventories in a store
-    Guides junior staff on matter relating to stock keeping
-    Performs any other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by his/her reporting officer

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in materials management or its equivalent

NOTE
i.    All applicants must be the Citizen Of United Republic of Tanzania
ii.    Applications be handwritten, supported with CV
iii.    2 recent passport size certified copies of academic and the applicant birth certificates
iv.    Names, position, and contact address Including 3 referees should be provided in CV
v.    Women are encouraged to apply
vi.    Applicants who are in Public service  should channel their applications though employer
vii.    Testimonials, partial transcripts and results slip  shall not be accepted
viii.    Presentation forged  certificates  and other information’s  in the CV shall necessity legal action
ix.    Certificates from foreign  examinations bodies for ordinary and advanced level of secondary school educations shall be certified by NECTA
x.    Certifications from foreign universities verified by the TCU
xi.    only shortlisted candidate will be informed the date of interview
