Description
Fabec is currently looking for an Office Secretary to be located in Sumbawanga sub-office to join our project team involved in various road construction projects. The job of the Office Secretary shall include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Answering calls and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, assist in preparing tender documents and reports
Filing, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing databases and prioritizing workloads
Coordinate with relevant companies and clients
Work closely with Fabec Headquarters to assist in processing invoices or expenses
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Qualifications and Experience required
Applicants should have either GCE, A level or Certificate in Secretarial duties,
Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage,
Proficiency in MS Office
At least two years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
