JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities

         i.            Work on the organization process of reporting and performance tools with acquiring increasing experience on data managerial

       ii.            Develop and implement software solutions and project for data management

      iii.            Planning and monitoring of data driven projects

     iv.            Eliciting of business requirements

       v.            Designing of data driven project documentations

     vi.            Updating of business plan and financial models

    vii.            High degree of reliability and integrity

  viii.            Strong analytical and communications skills, good command English is strongly requested

     ix.            The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

       x.            Business case development skills

     xi.            Financial modeling techniques and methods

QUALIFICATIONS

a)      Bachelor degree in economics, business, computer science or finance related field

b)      At least 1 year of experience with access bank with a proven track record of results and increasing responsibilities

c)       Experience with MS excel , world and power point

d)      Good time management and efficiently

e)      Good report writing skills

f)       High degree of reliability and integrity

g)      Strong analytical and communications skills good command English is strongly requested

h)      The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

i)        Business case development skills

j)        Financial modeling techniques and methods



LEGAL RECOVERY MANAGER

Responsibilities

The manager shall explore and report on the matters relating to

·         Management of recovery court cases portfolio

·         Providing legal assistance in all review matters regarding recovery process

·         Monitor and ensure that drafting of pleadings is respect of recovery court cases instituted against the bank

·         Ensure implementations of legal work in terms of quality and time management

·         Ensure appropriate legal actions is taken on defaults

·         Supervise senior/legal action taken on defaults

·         Participate and facilitate training on recovery compliance to bank’s staff

·         Other tasks which may be from time to time assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

o   Academic qualifications university degree in Law

o   Must be registered advocate

o   Profound knowledge of the legal system especially banking commercial contractual and criminal law

o   Experience of at least 4 years in law and recovery technics in financial sector

o   Computer literacy MS office applications and

o   Languages fluent in English and Kiswahili
