BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE
The production manager will oversee the ideation and development of new online products from its inception to its launch against strategic digital roadmaps. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop the productions to portfolio and help with the expansions of a market leading organizations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifications key digital trends in Tanzania and develop thorough understanding of the product requirements
  • Establish and grow relationship with decision makers/influence within major clients and ad agencies
  • Actively identification and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities create concept in  alliance with product and editorial teams
  • Providing actionable insight on ad performance using analytical tools to the sales team
  • Report on ad sales impression and related metrics to client
  • Keep up to date with trends and development in the digital industry to gain early insight into new business opportunities
  • Identify new opportunities for monetization and create integrated concepts


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  •  MBA in marketing preferably with 3 to 9 years in digital media sales/ digital networking or digital ad sales
  • Understanding of an integrated sales concepts and publishing house
  • Will be required to develop knowledge of price margins, and activities of both own products and competitions
  • Number driven with strong analytical skills and experienced using web analytical
  • Excellent communication interpersonal convincing analytical and problems solving skills
  • Ability to create and execute concepts
