Job Description    

Handling the operations of the company, covering entire On High way Business (Commercial
& passenger vehicles, Tyre business and Automobile Spare parts).
Develop relationship with decision makers, operational managers, financiers, consultants of key accounts
Adhere strictly to compliance and statutory requirements , corporate governance issues.
Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action, where necessary.
Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints
Ensuring the profitability of the entire distributorship.
Reviewing and managing the contracts effectively.
Planning, motivating and coordinating the dealership's management through leadership and sound business practices.
Keeping a track of competitors' activities and advice the management of counter actions being taken to ensure that we are ahead of the competition.
Preparing and submitting the annual budgets and achieve the approved annual budgets
Controlling expenses and achieving profitability
Ensuring that all statutory obligations are met within the time frame.
Explaining the policies and procedures of the company to all employees and following up to ensure that these issues are understood and followed
Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers
Establishing good working relations with all government entities necessary to run the business
Liasoning with the Supply Chain, Finance, HR & IT departments at the back -office.
