Job Purpose



Develop and drive the Custody Services Strategy to align with the bank’s growth objectives



Main Responsibilities:

Ensuring that the customers’ custody and holistic banking needs are identified and fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively

To enhance custody business and lead the unit for efficient operations excellence

Conducting strategic roadshows to market NMB custody services mainly to Global custodians

Provide a consistently high quality client relationship management to Custody unit’s local & foreign clients/customers.

Ensure unit compliance with all regulatory requirements and effective controls surrounding the Custody business to manage risks.

Providing a readily available, service-focused, knowledgeable and experienced point of contact for new and existing clients.

Any other duty as assigned by the Treasurer.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Banking and Finance.

At least 3 years of experience at management level in Custody Business.
