1. PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Degree in Logistics/Supplies Management/Water Engineering with proficiency in Microsoft applications, registered as a Certified Supplies Professional with the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) and at least five years working experience in the procurement function in World Bank or donor funded projects preferably in the water sector.

2. ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Degree in Accounting or CPA(T) or ACCA with proficiency in Microsoft applications especially in the use of Excel and Word and should be a registered Certified Public Accountant plus five years in Financial accounting and reporting, three of which should be at supervisory level and in computerized accounting systems.

3. TECHNICAL AUDIT MANAGER
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Degree in Engineering (Civil or Water engineering) with proficiency in Microsoft applications plus a minimum of five years experience in the relevant field at managerial level.

4. CIVIL ENGINEER (STRUCTURES)
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years working experience on civil engineering construction, proficiency inAutoCAD applications and registered as Professional Civil Engineer with Engineers Registration Board. Working experience in water supply and sewerage facilities will be an added advantage.

5. TECHNICAL AUDITOR
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Degree in Engineering (Civil or Water) with proficiency in Microsoft applications plus a minimum of three years experience in Auditing of civil engineering projects and relevant professional registration with a nationally certified accreditation organization.

6. ASSETS MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Accounting or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy with at least three (3) years experience in fixed asset accounting and experience with Sage Evolution ERP Accounting Software or any other accounting software

7. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Degree in Public Administration/Human Resource Development/Management or equivalent with proficiency in Microsoft applications plus three years working experience in human resource management matters.

8. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OFFICER
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Degree in Public Administration/Human Resource Development/ Management or equivalent with proficiency in Microsoft applications plus at least three years working experience in administration matters.

Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Accountancy and working knowledge in Computer applications with at least 3 years experience in the accounting function and a person of unquestionable integrity.

Qualifications and Experience
Holder of Fonn IVNI with Diploma in Secretarial course or Typing Speed of 40wpm, Manuscripts and Tabulation stage II, 80wpm English/Kiswahili Shorthand and Secretarial Duties Stage 1 from a recognized institution and at least three years working experience.

Holder of Form IVM with Diploma in Records Management with proficiency in Microsoft applications and at least three years working experience
