GEPF Retirement Benefits Fund is currently seeking to recruit suitably qualified and competent
Tanzanians to fill existing vacancy. The incumbent is expected to be dynamic, committed and honest, result oriented and must meet the required qualifications listed below.

Job Title: Chief Marketing and communication manager

1.1 Reports to: Director General

1.2 Qualifications:
• Holder of a Master's Degree in Marketing or Communication or Public Relations, plus at least thirteen years of working experience, three of which must be at a supervisory position in a reputable institution,
• Should have a strong background of social security or financial institutions,
• Must be computer literate.

1.3 Duties and Responsibilities:
(i) Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies of the Fund's products and services;
(ii) Coordinate the assessment of the needs and wants of the members segmentation to ensure the Fund's products and services are competitively aligned to member's needs;
(iii) Commission appropriate and relevant market research and develop strategies to counter competition;
(iv) Constantly monitor customer satisfaction levels and respond to complaints including instituting mechanisms for maintaining acceptable customer services;
(v) Ensure articulation and consistent communication of the Fund's image and position to
stakeholders,
(vi) Responsible for the design, production and distribution of paper and electronic publications of the Fund.
(vii) Execute effective Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility strategy,
(viii) Liaise with other Directorates and Units of the Fund to answer queries from members of the Fund, media, organizations and individuals interested in the activities of the Fund.
