Main Responsibilities 

Security manager will be responsible for site and building access,patrol,monitoring

staff,visitors and the public to ensure compliance with security and safety procedures,information exchage and reporting of unusual or emergency conditions to appropriate authorities.Supervises day to day security programs and operations;including agency security officers.Key accountabilities includes:
Security policies and procedures developed and implemented.
Safety and security related issues planned and advised to management.
Lead al criminal investigations that arise in liason with the police.
Implement system and security procedures for crisis management.
Recruit train and develop agency security guards and make sure our people and properties are safeguarded.

Requirements    
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Assertive,proactive & diligent with commitment to high standards of services delivery.
Creative & innovative with a forward thinking approach.
Ability to prioritize and organize own workload within broad guidelines,most eefectively and accurately.

IT Skills    
Experience    
Min 5 years of work experince within the same field at senior level.
Valid driver's licence is a must
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Excellent planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent and effective communication skills,both oral
