QUALIFICATIONS
- Holder of bachelor degree in business administration’s marketing or related qualifications and mastersdegree in business administrations’ /marketing/ aviation related field or related qualifications from recognized institutions
- 8 years working experience 3 of which must be in a senior management position
- Proven hands on experience in formulations and implement of airline marketing and commercial policies
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the commercial and business development activities
- Supervise the development and implement of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
- Oversees the growth of company’s customer based and manage client relationship
- Ensure and sustain profitable partnership with key stakeholders
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Keep management fully informed of all relevant commercial and business development activities
- To appraise staff performance and recommend development strategies
SALARY
Attractive numeration package in accordance with the institutions salary scale
