POSITION:DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Holder of bachelor degree in business administration’s marketing or related qualifications and masters
    degree in business administrations’ /marketing/ aviation related field or related qualifications from recognized institutions
  • 8 years working experience 3 of which must be in a senior management position
  • Proven hands on experience in formulations and implement of airline marketing and commercial policies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To manage the commercial and business development activities
  • Supervise the development and implement of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
  • Oversees the growth of company’s customer based and manage client relationship
  • Ensure and sustain profitable partnership with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Keep management fully informed of all relevant commercial and business development activities
  • To appraise staff performance and recommend development strategies

SALARY
Attractive numeration package in accordance with the institutions salary scale
