POSITION:DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
QUALIFICATIONS
Holder of bachelor degree in business administration’s marketing or related qualifications and masters degree in business administrations’ /marketing/ aviation related field or related qualifications from recognized institutions
8 years working experience 3 of which must be in a senior management position
Proven hands on experience in formulations and implement of airline marketing and commercial policies
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage the commercial and business development activities
Supervise the development and implement of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
Oversees the growth of company’s customer based and manage client relationship
Ensure and sustain profitable partnership with key stakeholders
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Keep management fully informed of all relevant commercial and business development activities
To appraise staff performance and recommend development strategies
