Senior Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions
The Position
Reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions, the position will be responsible for the management of a designated portfolio of Financial Institutions (FI) in order to achieve revenue targets. This position will be accountable for effectively managing and growing of the Bank’s relationship with local and or global Banks in order to ensure competitive product offerings by key industry players and maintaining quality of portfolio.
Digital Channels Manager
The Position
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Channels Support, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring that all digital channel systems that are deployed in the bank are properly managed and supported to provide high availability and exceptional customer experience on 24/7 hour basis. These include Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Agency Banking, Digital Payment Services, and remittance solutions.

Bancassurance Direct Sales Representative (bsr)
The Position:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Sales representative will be responsible for insurance business growth and development to generate revenues to support the Bancassurance growth strategy. This is a one year renewable performance based Contract.
