Kazinikwetu Ltd on behalf of client is looking for Estate managers to be based in Tanga, with knowledge of plantations operations.

Responsibilities
• General estate Administration
• Safeguard company assets
• Planning & implementing daily production and field works program
• Preparing Budgets
• Liaison with legal, Govt and statutory bodies
• Ensure statutory compliance, training and assessment of junior Management and supervisory staff
• Coordinate Logistics & commercial activities
• Redress employee grievance
• Implement CSR
• Ensure statutory compliance, training and assessment of junior Management and supervisory staff

Qualifications, skills and Knowledge

• Degree in Agriculture or Engineering with experience in Agriculture
• Over three years experience in Estate Management, plantation is of an added advantage
• Knowledge required: Preparing Budgets, flow charts, work sheets, documents, drafting letters, basic engineering applications, Plantation agronomy, understanding of Labor laws and legal matters.
• Skills required: Machinery operations, Field operations, bargaining & negotiation skills, interpersonal & communication skills,
