KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (KAE)
We inviting qualified and motivated professionals to apply for the position of Key Account Executive (KAE) across Dar Es Salaam.
This is a field-based opportunity for individuals with strong relationship management skills and a passion for driving portfolio growth within the fintech and merchant payments ecosystem. The role focuses on managing strategic merchant accounts, increasing transaction activity, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of key merchants and enterprise accounts
Driving merchant retention, activation, and transaction value growth
Conducting regular field visits and providing proactive account support
Resolving merchant issues through coordination with internal teams
Promoting advanced merchant solutions and ecosystem services
Monitoring account performance and reporting key business insights
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Experience in relationship management, sales, fintech, banking, telecom, or merchant services
Strong communication, analytical, and customer-focused skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
