Mwani Blue is hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO at the centre of a fast-scaling, vertically integrated sea moss business in Zanzibar. This is not a typical EA role. It is a high-trust, high-impact position focused on bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through across the company as it builds local cultivation, industrial processing, and global export capability. 
About the Role
You will operate at the core of the business, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion. 
Key Responsibilities
• Manage CEO priorities, calendar, and communications
• Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, and meeting outputs
• Track key decisions, action points, and deadlines
• Coordinate board and leadership meetings
• Maintain accurate records of decisions, progress, and documentation
• Track progress across company initiatives and follow up to ensure execution
• Identify risks early and escalate where needed
• Support logistics, scheduling, internal processes, and procurement
• Keep systems, files, and admin processes structured and accessible
