The Company is actively involved in property acquisition, land consolidation, property management, and real estate consultancy services across Tanzania. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly capable professional to join our team and contribute to the execution of strategic real estate projects.


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Property & Land Management Officer to oversee both property operations and land administration processes. This role is critical in ensuring effective property performance, efficient land transactions, and successful execution of acquisition and consolidation projects across the Group.


Key Responsibilities

Property Management: Oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties; coordinate maintenance activities and tenant relations; monitor rent collection and ensure timely payments; maintain optimal occupancy and property performance.

Land Management & Administration: Manage land transfer processes, title follow-ups, and documentation; liaise with government authorities (Ministry of Lands, Municipal Councils, etc.); support land acquisition and consolidation projects; maintain accurate and up-to-date land records and documentation.

Deal Support & Coordination: Assist in property acquisition and sales transactions; coordinate site visits and client engagements; support negotiations and closing processes; provide administrative and operational support to ongoing projects.


Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Property Valuation, or a related field; minimum of 2–5 years of relevant professional experience; strong understanding of land laws and transfer procedures in Tanzania; excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in land consolidation or resettlement projects; familiarity with property management systems; strong network within land and real estate institutions.
