Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Nzega for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC machines, performing precision machining, setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring the production of high-quality metal parts. Daily tasks may include programming machinery, monitoring performance, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with CNC equipment
Strong skills in Machining and Milling processes
Experience with Quality Control standards and practices in manufacturing
Solid understanding of Machinery operation and maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Relevant vocational training, certification, or equivalent work experience in CNC machining
