🌴 Lead a Boutique Hospitality Group in Zanzibar



The Sunshine Group Zanzibar is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee three unique boutique properties on the northeast coast of Zanzibar.


With a total of 60 rooms across Sunshine Marine Lodge, Sunshine Bay, and Sunshine Azure, this role offers the opportunity to shape guest experience, lead multicultural teams, and drive operational excellence in one of East Africa’s most beautiful destinations.



We are looking for a hands-on leader with:


• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proven background in Africa or island environments (essential)

• Strong operational and financial understanding

• A passion for hospitality and team leadership



This is a key role within a growing group, offering both responsibility and long-term development potential.
