This is a full-time, on-site internship role at Boxleo Courier & Fulfillment Services Limited Tanzanian branch in Dar es Salaam
Role Description
Responding to the needs of customers and providing personalized services
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customers' inquiries and complaints.
Receiving, confirming, and scheduling orders and transactions and attaining the set targets by the immediate supervisor.
Meeting the daily set target of inbound calls per day as per the company policy
Promptly Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics and clients.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions
Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Evaluating customer problems and complaints and providing proper solutions to them
Providing information on the company’s products and services and generating interest in the offer.
Routing calls to other team members whenever needed.
Making relevant notes from customer interactions.
Completing call logs and reports promptly.
Boosting customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Business or any related field is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
Proven ability to achieve set sales and call targets while maintaining high-quality service.
Strong problem solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Experience in the courier, logistics, or related industry is an added advantage
