Position Overview

The Regional Jazastars Administrator is the owner of the Regional Inventory & Contractor Relations management and reports to the Regional Coordinator. The Administrator position will be responsible for managing regional inventory, enforcing the implementation of Inventory management policies and managing the process of inventory request, allocation, shipping and receiving, tracking and monitoring and auditing.

Accountabilities

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Own the missing packs & Other inventories at regional warehouses by conducting weekly and monthly auditing.
  • Manage inventory movement from office warehouse to regional Hubs and jaza shops and vice versa.
  • Own and manage bad listings of customers who tampered with packs and follow up with RC for necessary actions to be taken as per the SOPs.
  • Manage regional Jaza Stars & Superstars relations and contracts documentations

Responsibilities

Regional Assent & inventory Management:

  • Receiving inventory requests from Superstars and preparing them for shipping to the respective Hubs/Shops
  • Implement and Enforce inventory control policies/SOPs that minimize wastage and prevent stockouts, ensuring reliable supply to customers
  • Conduct weekly and monthly inventory/asset audits to ensure accuracy and operational readiness
  • Blacklisting of customers who are involved in pack tempering/theft
  • Review swap charge ratio report, Identify Hubs with <90% score and address the issues with the help of Superstars and the Regional Coordinator.
  • Get information on packs with no barcodes for Hubs and enforce compliance with the process
  • Conduct weekly meetings/calls with Super stars with hubs/shops having compliance issues to brilliant basics and SOPs to understand their challenges and address them timely.
  • Receive and record defective packs from Hubs/shop and hand them over to Field Techs for troubleshooting
  • Monitor overstocked and understocked Hubs to have a balanced inventory at the Hub level
  • Flag any dilemma which has to have 0 Lost packs per community to the Regional Coordinator and Inventory & Asset management Coordinator
  • Develop weekly/monthly plans to work on Hubs facing inventory management issues to support them
  • Weekly regional Inventory report - DDD structure to be reviewed on 1vs1 with the Regional Coordinator
  • Monthly Inventory report showing the regional inventory status, Hubs with compliance issues and action taken - to be shared with the Regional Coordinator and Inventory & Asset management Coordinator

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics, Inventory Management, HR.
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
    • Must be Female
    • Previous experience in roles where rural outreach, recruitment and training was done.
    • Ability to tap into local networks, leveraging community connections, and local job boards to find candidates.
    • Be flexible and willing to travel.
    • Experience in conducting trainings.
    • Ability to assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit within the community-oriented nature of rural work environments.
    • Effective planning and prioritization to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes, even with fewer candidates.
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust within a close-knit community.
    • Familiarity with local languages or dialects can be a huge asset, especially in remote/rural areas.
    • Ability to work independently, interact with people of different backgrounds, cultures, languages and to travel frequently to remote locations.
