The Digital Transformation Officer will play a key role in driving the adoption, optimization, and effective use of digital systems across the organization. This role focuses on improving business operations through technology by aligning systems, processes, and people to achieve greater efficiency, visibility, and performance.


The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to identify inefficiencies, propose practical digital solutions, and lead the implementation of systems and process improvements. Digital transformation is not only about technology, but about reshaping how the organization operates, making this role central to continuous improvement and innovation. 


Key Responsibilities

    Manage and optimize the use of internal systems (Operations, HR, Microsoft 365, and other business tools)
    Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through digital solutions
    Lead the implementation, configuration, and rollout of new systems and enhancements
    Provide first-line support for software-related issues and coordinate with vendors where necessary
    Train and support users to ensure effective adoption of systems across departments
    Monitor system usage and performance, recommending improvements where needed
    Work closely with leadership to align digital initiatives with business objectives
