🚀 WE ARE HIRING – Hebet Technologies Ltd- Credit Administration Unit (CAU) Supervisor
Hebet Technologies Ltd is expanding and inviting qualified professionals to join our team in Dar es Salaam.
Job Purpose
The CAU Supervisor will lead the Centralised Credit Administration Unit, overseeing credit adjudication, application workflow management, portfolio quality monitoring, telesales operations, and overall CAU team performance. The role serves as the senior credit authority within the Hebet-staffed unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage CAU Officers and Telesales Agents
Review and approve credit applications above officer authority limits
Monitor portfolio quality (PAR, NPL, recovery, utilisation)
Oversee telesales operations and performance
Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare monthly performance and portfolio reports
Coordinate SME credit assessment protocols
Act as the main liaison between Hebet, partner bank, and operations teams
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
4–6 years’ experience in credit operations
At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in banking, microfinance, or digital lending
Strong credit risk analysis and leadership skills
Good communication skills (English & Swahili)
