¶ An individual with sales experience preferably building materials or strong exposure to construction sector 

¶Self motivated, results oriented, self starter 

¶Excellent interpersonal skills, impactful communicator, with excellent presentation skills 

¶Excellent skills in networking, building professional relationships with multilevel stakeholders

¶ Persistent, resilient, with can-do attitude

¶ Able to work independently and part of the team 

¶Effective decision maker, sound judgement, effective problem solver 

¶Commercially savvy 

¶ Possess Civil, construction or related engineering or business/commercial degree 

*Responsible for*

¶Driving sales performance in the assigned projects/construction portfolio 

¶Devising, recommending and implementing sales and marketing plans and programs within the assigned portfolio to enhance achievement of set targets 

¶Presents and promotes company range of products to target customers 

¶Conducts market research, analyses  competitor activities, monitors and explores construction market developments to identify opportunities and strategies around those opportunities

¶ Maintains relationship with clients both existing and potential pipeline 

¶ Attends to promotional and PR events of relevance to business, represents the company's management as may be directed 

*Accountable for*

¶ achieving sales targets -volume and revenue 

¶ monitor related KPIs, and uses them to re-strategize to capitalize on unfolding opportunities and risks
