DIRECT SALES AGENTS (6 POSITIONS)

INDUSTRY: BANKING

HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for Direct Sales Agents who will search for new business opportunities and present companies' products and services to potential customers and close sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

•Present financial products to clients using authorized techniques in order to meet customers’ needs.

•Provide sales leads for bank services by soliciting business from prospective customers.

•Monitor the competition in your allocated geographical area and report to the supervisor.

•Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to the Direct Sales Manager.

•Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.

•Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.

•Building a positive relationship with the customers.  

•Obtain relevant documents on all Bank products sold, e.g. identity documents, and business registration, and ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer.

•Ensure assigned sales targets and budgets are met.

QUALIFICATIONS;

•Diploma in any related field.

•3 years of working experience as a Direct Sales Agent or a similar role in the Sales department.  

•Candidates must be sales driven and possess excellent communication skills.

•Proven track of sales record will be advantageous.  

•The ability to retain important information.

•Excellent networking skills and strong communication, and negotiation skills.
