In a context of development and growth of its activity, Sagemcom is looking for Country Managers in East Africa who will manage overall operations in our african subsidiaries

 

Your main missions will be organized as follows: 


  • Lead the entire country business providing strategic direction and tactical support
  • Create growth opportunities and business development for the entity for whom you are responsible for
  • Promote synergies and co-operation across the regions
  • Be responsible for P&L, budget creation and monitor financial performance for the subsidiary
  • Ensure adequate resources are in place to deliver projects and hire if needed
  • Manage operations teams and coach them to develop a high-quality staff 

 

 

Profile  

             

·      Master’s degree

·      5 years of experience in a similar position

·      Experience in business development & in managing a P&L

·      Experience in management
