ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Human Resource Officer to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Human Resources Officer will be responsible for administering day to day human resources services to meet organization goals. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department on range of responsibilities including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefit administration and human resources operational activities.
