Rivertrees Country Inn is looking for a dynamic and experienced person to take the role of Guest Relations Officer, based in Arusha Tanzania. The Guest Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for welcoming and attending to guests in a friendly and professional manner.


The GRO is responsible for welcoming the guests, checking them in, anticipating their needs, upselling hotel’s activities (by providing information about facilities, programs and other services), billing and cashiering services and eventually checking them out . The GRO is also responsible for addressing and escalating customers’ praises, suggestions and complaints.


Gross Salary Range: TZS 600,000 – 800,000
