EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting and Mathematics

Exceptional achiever in extracurricular will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prime interface between customers and the bank.

Assisting customers with issues relating to their accounts and queries relating to cash transactions

Ensuring effective and efficient customer transactions are handled with utmost confidentiality

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Fresh Graduates

1 year experience in the Banking Industry,

Has a strong service ethic

Build relationships and networks easily
