Acer Petroleum (T) Ltd Clearing and Forwading Division invites application for the following positions:

1. Operation Staff (3 Positions)

Qualifications


  • Able to make declarations in TANCIS; ability to use available functionalities of Tancis
  • Conversant with DSM customs service centre, TICTS, TPA, ICDS, JNIA, Shipping line, TBS procedures +processes of clearing chain. Experience of 4 years and above required in dealing with marine and air imports, exports; transit 
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili languages (Written and Spoken)
  • Prepared to work at night depending on the nature of operation


2. Declaration Officer (Two Positions)

Qualifications

  • Should demonstrated high ability of making declarations of all kind in TANCIS.
  • Experience of 3 years and above as a declaration officer 
  • Knowledge of clearance processes of goods by ocean + air freight
  • Ability to work on public holidays and weekends
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili languages (Spoken and written)
