SALES AND DISTRIBUTORS OFFICERS – 20 POSTS.

Market Lab as young company in marketing and sales having a huge  turnover diversified interests in Flour, Microfinance, Large Format Printing, Alcohol and Infrastructure & having prominent presence in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania. Market LAB has marked its strong presence in Dar Es Salaam with a vision to become a significant global player by providing high quality, affordable & effective solutions in marketing & sales.
Due to high commitment to quality standards and customer services, we are being appointed as sole distributor of INNORICH ENTERPRISES; Market Lab is expanding its business operations for INNORICH ENTERPRISES  in different districts in Dar Es Salaam therefore we are looking for sales personnel who can boost the business.
KEY TASKS ASSIGNED:
  • Achieve quantitative sales goals
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Schedule sales activity
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • Follow up on sales activity
  • Participate in sales events
SALES AND DISTRIBUTION OFFICERS – 20 POSTS
Location: Dar Es salaam
Report to: Operations Director
JOBS OBJECTIVES
Responsible for developing and maintain a customer database. To ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. Responsible for developing effective, promotional programs of the company. To implement promotional campaigns in various media on behalf of the company. To develop and maintain sales and promotional materials. To plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • At least 1 year experience in sales and marketing
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Certificate, Diploma and Bachelor Degree in Marketing
