Airtel Tanzania PLC is looking for a suitable Tanzanian candidate for the position of Commercial Compliance & Executive Assistant to the MD who will be responsible for:

To create interface & co-ordination to ensure compliance to policies, process, and procedures for the OPCO, in particular, the commercial functions (Marketing, S&D, Customer Service and Business enterprise). Constantly engage with the Commercial functions together with other units’ such as Regulatory, Legal, IT & Finance at Group and OpCo’s to align the processes and controls that ensure critical risks are identified, reported and mitigated.

To provide full administrative support to the managing director, in terms of preparation of reports, strategic plans and close follow up of agreed targets and action points, mainly to enhance smooth co-ordination of operations which are overseen by the Managing Director across the Company
