DRIVER TRAINER INSTRUCTOR (1 POST)

DRIVER TRAINER INSTRUCTOR

CCKL Tanzania requires the services of a Driver Trainer Instructor, to oversee its territories.The incumbent will directly report to the respective Logistics Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-ordinates daily drivers’ training requirements. Assesses drivers’ capability against a set of standards, Monitors driving habits of all the drivers to ensure they operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, Train drivers in basic maintenance techniques and latest vehicle technology, Compiling training material and performing regular classroom training and assessments, 

Ensures training material includes the latest technical information related to the fleet in use,, Perform ‘Route Cause Analysis” of all accidents and propose required corrective training, with the assistance of the Environment Occupational Safety and Healthy representative, Full records maintenance of all drivers, Submit a monthly reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A certificate or diploma in training and driving or any other related field, Minimum 10 years’ active driving experience, Experience in logistics and tracking software systems. Authorized to drive all classes of vehicles, i.e. motor cycle, forklifts, Bus and rigid truck and truck tractor and trailer combinations, No record of accidents in die last 3 years, Able to work with teams and Demonstrate high integrity and honest work environment, Basic computer skills, Must be of sound health and sober habits.

A good command of English language will be an added advantage
