Job Description

Position: Marketing & Sales Executive

Gross Pay: 1,500,000

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and any other relevant methods
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate proposal and presentations on products/ services according to client’s requirements
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Consistently meet sales revenue targets
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Manage key account relationships profitably

Qualifications

Proficiency in reading and writing both English and Swahili.
Excellent communication skills
At Least 2-3 Years relevant field experience.
Able to work well independently with minimum supervision
Excellent Skills in Presentations and writing proposals.
Candidates with experience in the entertainment or advertising fields will be strongly considered.
Must have Bachelors in Marketing, Sales, Business or any other related fields.
Candidates who are Passionate or knowledgeable about entertainment or arts field in Tanzania and east Africa will be strongly considered.
