  • University degree in human resource or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resource officer post.
  • Tanzanian
  • Very good communication skills
  • Knowledge of ms office and emails
  • Ability to negotiate, advocate and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and networks quickly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive people issues with tact and diplomacy.
