INTRODUCTION

Career Options Africa www.careeroptionsafrica.co.ke is a HR Consultancy firm offering
Recruitment and HR outsourcing Services in the East African Region (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda)

Our client is a reputable Mixed School with well established facilities at early childhood, primary and secondary school levels around Arusha Region.



The School needs the Services of an Administrator to head the Support functions departments  including Accounting Human Resource Transport and Catering .



B.      THE JOB

Reporting to the Director the Administrator shall;

i.                     Ensure timely collection of fees

ii.                   Quality safe and well prepared meals for students

iii.                  Efficient reliable safe and compliant transport services

iv.                 Proper security of students staff and school property

v.                   Efficient office administrative services including a well managed front office

vi.                 Support the director in the recruitment of none teaching staff

vii.                Ensure full compliance e with Labour and Safety laws



C.      QUALIFICATIONS

i.                     A Bachelors Degree in any Business Field

ii.                   A professional  Diploma in  Business, Finance, HR or Procurement etc

iii.                  At least 2 years experience in School administration



D.      REMUNERATION

A salary of eight hundred thousand (Tzx 800,000 ) is on offer to the best candidate
